Super YOUniversity helps kids ages 7–13 build real inner-hero skills, and gives grown-ups simple ways to support them at home.
- Find Your Strengths: Kids discover what they’re good at and what makes them unique, then turn it into “hero tools” they can actually use.
- Words That Help: Learn how self-talk works, practice better phrases, and create a few go-to “power lines” for tricky moments.
- Team Up: Build connection skills, who to ask for help, how to be a good teammate, and how to handle conflict with respect.
- Lead With Calm: Simple mindfulness practices that help kids reset, focus, and make better choices when emotions run high.
Result: Kids feel more confident and capable. Grown-ups understand what’s being taught and how to reinforce it without nagging or lectures.
