Position Overview: We are seeking a visionary Business Partner/Co-Founder who is passionate about making a significant impact in the educational and parenting sectors. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in business development, strategic planning, and a keen interest in educational technology.
We are currently offering an equity share in CreatableMe to the business partner/co-founder in lieu of immediate financial compensation. This reflects our commitment to a mutually beneficial partnership and our confidence in the future success of our endeavors. As we secure funding, we aim to transition to a traditional compensation model. We value the contributions of our team members and are dedicated to providing competitive salaries and benefits as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to foster growth and audience engagement.
- Identify and secure funding opportunities to support our initiatives.
- Network and build relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Creative Officer to align business strategies with creative vision.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights for new opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, particularly in the EdTech or related sectors.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in a startup environment.
- Excellent networking abilities and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement.
- Knowledge of funding acquisition and financial management.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Passion for education, innovation, and a commitment to CreatableMe’s core values.
