What Happens in a Session
Every Hero Training session is built around the same core arc: trust first, then real self-discovery.
Kids and parents warm up together through movement and play before anything personal is asked. From there, the session moves into games, hands-on creative work, and a parent-child strength spotting moment, the emotional heart of the experience. Every session closes with a badge ceremony that gives kids something tangible to walk away with.
Exact activities and format flex depending on the setting and audience, but the core experience, trust-building, creative expression, and parent-child connection, stays the same every time.
All materials provided. No experience needed. Just show up.
WHAT FAMILIES TAKE HOME
Kids:
A sense of real confidence, not the “good job” kind. The kind that comes from doing something hard and discovering they could.
Practical emotional tools they understand how to use. Not concepts, actual techniques.
A Hero Commitment sheet, where kids sign off on one strength to practice.
A ‘Keep the Mission Going’ poster with three weekly practices to build confidence at home.
