WHAT PARENTS ARE SAYING
“We went to the CreatableMe workshop with my daughter and it was such a beautiful experience. Afterward, I feel closer to her. We started talking more openly, and I can see she understands her emotions better. I was honestly surprised by how deeply she can think.
Hearing her talk about personal values and choices was very special for me — one of those moments when you realize your child is growing in ways you don’t always notice in everyday life.
She still uses the materials at home, which keeps reminding us of what we learned together. I would tell other parents: definitely come. It’s a great way to spend time together, have fun, and learn things that really matter.”
— Tanja, parent of a 10-year-old · Hero Training for Real Life, Los Angeles, , February 2026
“It helped us connect on a deeper level. I can see her using this knowledge in everyday life, especially in how she talks about her feelings and reacts to situations.”
— Daisy, parent of a 9-year-old · Hero Training for Real Life, Hoi An, May 2026
“It’s not very often we get the chance to just sit in a room — no distractions, no phones, no screens — and just spend that one-on-one time with our child.”
— Ben, parent · Hero Training for Real Life, Hoi An, May 2026
Hero Training for Real Life
A 2-hour kids and family workshop — now in Da Nang & Hoi An
For English-speaking expat families · Ages 7–11 + one parent · Small group · All materials provided
This isn’t a class. It’s an experience.
CreatableMe workshops are hands-on, high-energy, 2-hour sessions where kids ages 7–11 and their parent do something real together — build a superhero comic, craft an empathy shield, play games that reveal how they think and feel — and walk away with tools they’ll actually use.
Not therapy. Not arts and crafts. A guided experience families genuinely enjoy.
Proven in LA. Now in Da Nang and Hoi An.
What You’ll Discover Together
- Power poses and a breathing reset — we open with the body, not the brain
- “Would You Rather” values game — surprisingly revealing, always fun
- Energy ball toss — a Qi Gong-inspired awareness game that gets kids and parents laughing and fully present
- Emotion detective game — kids learn to name what’s happening inside before it takes over
- Parent-child strength spotting — you’ll see your kid differently after this one
- Hero comic creation — kids build a 4-panel story starring themselves as the hero
- Empathy shield craft — a hands-on project that makes personal values visible and real
- Hero commitment and closing — every child leaves with a personal declaration they made themselves
- Take-home artifacts and goodies
All materials provided. No experience needed. Just show up.
Don’t miss the next mission.
Free Orientation sessions now open in Da Nang and Hoi An.
WHAT FAMILIES TAKE HOME
Kids: A sense of real confidence — not the “good job” kind. The kind that comes from doing something hard and discovering they could.
Practical emotional tools they understand how to use — not concepts, actual techniques.
Parents: Real insight into how your child sees themselves and the world.
Language to use at home — specific phrases and approaches that extend what happened in the room.
THE 5 C’S FRAMEWORK
Every workshop is built around CreatableMe’s core framework:
Consciousness · Creativity · Connection · Communication · Character
These aren’t buzzwords. They’re the five areas where kids most need support — and where a single afternoon can shift something real.
WHY THIS WORKS
Kids don’t build confidence by being told they’re great. They build it by doing something that feels hard — and discovering they can handle it.
Every activity in this workshop is designed to create that moment. The comic they make is theirs. The shield they build is theirs. The declaration they make at the end is theirs.
Parents leave with a new lens on their child. Kids leave taller than they walked in.
