Because our products are digital and immediately accessible, all sales are generally final.


Digital Products

Due to the nature of downloadable and digital course content, we do not offer automatic refunds once access has been granted.


Exceptions

If you experience:

  • Technical access issues

  • Duplicate charges

  • Accidental purchases

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe your payment was made fraudulently, contact us immediately and also notify your payment provider.


Chargebacks
